I'm Sarah Newdigate and I'm an MTI Level 4 qualified Holistic Massage Therapist. I'm really looking forward to meeting you and helping you with your journey towards feeling your best.

I've had a number of jobs over the years. Many moons ago I wanted to be a nurse and trained in Buckinghamshire. The main things I learnt from this experience is that nursing is very challenging and we're right to have nothing but respect for those who go into the profession! I also learnt that my passion is in the caring and healing world. I am a nurturer at heart and I am happiest when I can help someone feel better. 

 

More recently I've been a full time mum to my fabulous son and have moved my family and my massage business from London to East Coker. Moving a business and a young family has been a little daunting at times but the benefits of living a quieter, more peaceful life far outweigh any worries I once had - It's beautiful out here!

I have been living and working in East Coker for over two years now and am so grateful to have found such amazing clients here.  I truly love working as a massage therapist and am looking forward to building more therapeutic journeys with new and existing clients.  I'm so excited to have this opportunity to work with you to make you feel your most wonderful.
